At the time, Mike was working in the technology and business sector. When his own family needed in-home senior care, he was shocked by the lack of reliable, personalized options available in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The agencies he encountered felt impersonal. The caregivers were inconsistent. Families were left feeling helpless and uninformed. Mike knew there had to be a better way.

That experience changed the trajectory of his life. Mike made the decision to leave his career in IT and build the kind of home care agency he wished had existed for his own family. One where every senior is treated with dignity, every family is kept informed, and every caregiver is chosen with the highest standards of character and skill.

In 2007, Home Care 4 Seniors opened its doors in Lewisville, Texas with a simple but powerful mission: help seniors age in place, safely and comfortably, surrounded by the people and memories they love. From that first office, the agency has grown to serve families across 15+ Dallas-Fort Worth communities. But the personal commitment that started it all has never changed.
